Bicycles

Upon booking you can request dinner or lunch in our restaurant, special menu for celiac and allergy sufferers.

Ruler

The cleaning and tidying of the room takes place every morning, with daily bathroom linen changes and bi-weekly bed linen changes.

The WiFi signal, on the other hand, is available throughout the hotel and access is free.

Luggage Case

If you are leaving in the afternoon we can store your luggage for free.

Parking

Parking and garage, included in the rate of stay. We have two video surveillance areas for parking, one underground, a garage, and the other on the roadside behind the hotel.

Beach

La spiaggia è inclusa nella tariffa e per ogni camera verrà fornito un ombrellone e due lettini. L’assegnazione è inclusa nel prezzo a partire dalla 2° fila (prima fila da richiedersi, con supplemento e fino ad esaurimento posti). Teli mare non inclusi. Il servizio termina con il check-out (ore 10.30 del giorno di partenza), dopo tale orario è possibile usufruire della spiaggia con un supplemento che varia in base alla stagionalità

Safe

all rooms have a safe, located inside the wardrobe; at the Reception there is a centralized safe where you can store additional, bulkier valuables (the service is active every day from 07.00 to 23.00). The Management is responsible exclusively for the valuables deposited in the centralized safe.

What is the check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 14.00 onwards / Check-out: from 7.00 to 11.00.
Before check-in and after check-out, you can leave your luggage in the free deposit.
Please also contact us if you already know the arrival or departure time slots different from those indicated above.

Do you accept payments by credit cards?

We accept major credit cards such as AMEX, VISA, DINERS, MASTERCARD and CARTASI '.

I can start even in the night? There is someone at the reception?

If you like to leave early, please let us know the day before departure, in order to prepare everything and please regularize the account before 23.00.
The night porter, who will be present at check-out, has no cashier functions.

Are pets allowed?

If arriving early in the morning, what would the check-in time be? Would it be possible to do this as soon as possible?

Check-in is at 2.00 pm, however in low season or if the room is already ready, it is possible to check in early, depending on availability.

When booking a room, is an umbrella and 2 sunbeds included in the price for the day of departure too?

The beach service is included only for the days of overnight stay, however it is possible to request 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for the day of departure at a price that varies based on seasonality.

Are you equipped for celiac customers?

The kitchen is available to prepare dedicated meals for those who have intolerances or follow a particular diet.

By booking half board, is it possible to alternate lunches and dinners and not just have dinners?

The Half Board treatment includes lunch or dinner, to be decided from day to day based on your organization and needs. It is served in the hotel's internal restaurant. By opting for Half Board for dinner, it is possible to have a Light Lunch on the outdoor terrace, with an à la carte menu that includes cold dishes, appetizers, salads or sandwiches; the cost of the Light Lunch is to be considered extra and cannot be integrated with the pension.
I have an electric car, where can I recharge it? In the car park in front of the Hotel there are two columns for refueling cars and electric vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • From January 1st to June 15th and from September 16th to December 31st, cancellations/modifications are accepted up to 3 days before the expected date of arrival; penalty 1 night.
  • From 16th June to 31st July and from 1st to 15th September cancellations/modifications are accepted up to 5 days before the expected date of arrival; penalty 30%.
  • From August 1st to August 31st, cancellations/modifications are accepted up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival; penalty 30%.

Check-in and check-out times

Arrival: starting from 14.00. Before this time we do not guarantee the availability of the room. At check-in you must present a valid identification document for both adults and children (identity card or passport).

Departure: before 10:30 and involves the end of services; if you want to use the beach after the indicated time, it will be considered an extra cost based on availability and seasonality; luggage can be left at the reception free of charge.
